MATTHEW MCELHINNEY, OWNER
Celebrating 30+ years in the elevator industry, Matthew began his career as a mechanic-apprentice on the skyscrapers of his hometown Toronto before graduating into management roles with various multi-national companies in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto.
Moving to Kingston in 2015 with his family, he is widely respected by his industry peers for his leadership skills, business acumen, emotional intelligence and common-sense approach to contracting services.
Matthew is more than happy to meet with you - and all stakeholders - to better explain and elaborate upon the vision and purpose behind Integrity Elevator.

Brian has over 16 years of professional experience in the elevator industry. He has held Senior roles at one of the largest elevator consultancy firms in the World and has owned his own company specializing in engineering services for the elevator industry.
Brian re-located to Kingston in 2011 and has never looked back. Brian now channels his experience and passion on local markets - his passion being customer satisfaction.

JAMIE SEALE, OWNER, B.Comm., EDMA
Joining the Integrity Elevator team as Owner-Operator is one of our industry’s most unique talents with perhaps the most complete resume for our trade.
A University graduate, he began work inside the sales & service department of a large elevator company before moving over to the ‘tools’. His proficiency as an elevator mechanic elevated him to the status of Field Adjustor for two of the largest contractors in Canada.
A trained and experienced Field Operations Supervisor once responsible for managing 23+ field staff, Jamie is now responsible for all field installation activity, TSSA compliance, and all jobsite Health & Safety initiatives.
